What is your refund policy?

At Enchanted Readings, all sales are final. Once a reading is purchased, no refunds will be issued—without exception.This policy protects the sacred, focused energy we offer each client and ensures fair boundaries for our spiritual practice.

Because this is our full-time profession and primary income, refund requests create energetic disruption and imbalance. We kindly ask that you commit to your reading with the intention to receive and trust in divine timing.

If it has been over 30 days since your purchase and your reading has not been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund. If it has not yet reached 30 days, we ask for your continued patience and trust in the process.

How long will my reading take?

Turnaround times are typically 7–14 days, but may vary based on energy flow and order volume. Some readings may take longer during high-volume periods or if your energy requires deeper alignment. We communicate transparently and aim to keep you informed along the way.

How does the reading process work?

Each reading is intuitively channeled and personalized to your unique energetic signature. I tune into your energy to connect with your spirit baby and interpret messages through clairvoyance and intuition. Energy transcends time and space—so what I receive reflects the current moment and potential future paths.

You’ll receive an estimated timeline for conception based on what I feel, see, and receive energetically.

Are readings done in person?

No. All readings are completed remotely. Once you purchase a reading, you’ll receive instructions to submit a photo and client intake form. Your reading will be delivered via email or text (if you provide a phone number).

Why is the intake form important?

The Client Intake Form is essential for energy connection. Without it, I cannot begin your reading. After purchase, you’ll receive a link via email—or you can access it from the header on our website.

❗If your form is not submitted, your reading will be marked as a no-show. Refunds are not granted for missed forms or errors in submission (e.g., typos in your email address).

What kind of photo should I upload?

Please submit a clear, unfiltered, recent photo of yourself. Avoid images with:

  • Filters or effects

  • Stickers or text

  • Glasses, masks, or other people

Your photo should reflect your current appearance and energy, like one you'd use for a professional headshot. Inadequate photos may delay your reading.

Do you ship physical products?

Yes! Some offerings include custom, Reiki-charged items. Current processing time is 2–4 weeks before shipping. Shipping times may vary based on demand and postal delays.

📦 Once a label is created, we cannot refund the shipping cost—even if the package is returned or delayed.

What is a spirit baby?

A spirit baby is a soul in the spiritual realm waiting for the right time to connect with their future parent(s). They may choose specific parents, delay conception after loss, or appear through various paths like surrogacy, same-sex partnerships, or donor conception.

Spirit babies don’t have fixed genders and are experienced as pure energy. They can show characteristics of both genders and may even be connected to your partner's karmic ties or soul contracts.

Can you predict loss or infertility?

No. I do not predict pregnancy loss or the inability to conceive. These topics invite dark energy and go against my ethical and spiritual boundaries. Every soul’s path is sacred, and energy is constantly shifting. I choose to focus on light, possibility, and empowerment.

Can you read for me if I have PCOS, Endometriosis, or other conditions?

Absolutely. I have read for many clients with PCOS, Endometriosis, and other medical conditions. Spirit babies connect in miraculous ways, and I truly believe that your journey is still very possible—regardless of your diagnosis.

What if my reading doesn’t feel accurate?

No reading is 100% guaranteed. All readings are based on current energy and spiritual interpretation. Because free will and energetic changes influence outcomes, readings may shift with time.

Even when outcomes vary, the time, energy, and connection I’ve invested in your session remain. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for perceived inaccuracies.

How often should I get a follow-up reading?

I recommend follow-up readings every 6–12 months, depending on your energy and personal journey.

✨ You may request a follow-up sooner (around 3 months) if you’ve had a major energy shift, loss, or life event. Readings booked before 3 months may be rescheduled or refunded to avoid overreading and energetic dependence.

How accurate are your readings?

I’ve completed nearly 3,000 confirmed pregnancy readings, with many more awaiting confirmation or feedback. While not every reading results in a pregnancy within the predicted timeframe, I focus on empowering you with clarity, alignment, and energetic insight to support your conception journey.
